Booking Terms & Conditions

Bookings and Confirmation
- All bookings are subject to availability and are not confirmed until we issue a written booking confirmation, by email or other electronic means.
- You are solely responsible for providing accurate and complete information, including passenger names and numbers, pickup/drop-off addresses, contact telephone numbers, flight details, return details and any special requirements, such as child car seats.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any booking if the information provided is incomplete or inaccurate.

Payment
- Payment terms, including the total fare, any deposit requirements, payment deadlines and methods of payment, will be clearly stated on your booking confirmation.
- A deposit will only be required if we specifically advise this at the time of booking or in the booking confirmation.
- Full payment for both the outbound and return journeys must be made at the commencement of the outbound trip, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Failure to pay in accordance with the confirmed terms may result in cancellation of the booking without further notice.

Cancellations, Changes and Refunds
- We will endeavour to accommodate cancellation requests wherever possible and will consider each request on a case-by-case basis.
- Cancellations must be made in writing as soon as possible. Depending on the notice given and circumstances, an administration fee or cancellation charge may apply. No-shows or same-day cancellations will normally result in the full fare being charged.
- Requests to change dates, times or other details are subject to availability and may incur an additional administration fee and/or any increase in the applicable fare.
- If you provide incorrect return details, including but not limited to the wrong flight number, incorrect return time or wrong date, we reserve the right not to provide a refund, as this may prevent us from fulfilling the service.
- We reserve the right to cancel any booking without refund if these Terms are breached or if, in our reasonable opinion, it is necessary for safety, operational or legal reasons. In such cases, we will make every effort to notify you promptly.

Passenger Conduct and Behaviour
- We operate a zero-tolerance policy for any form of abuse, harassment, threatening, aggressive or disruptive behaviour directed at our drivers, staff or other passengers.
- You and all members of your party must comply with all reasonable instructions from the driver regarding safety, seating, seatbelts and conduct on board.
- Smoking, vaping, consumption of alcohol or illegal substances and bringing animals, except registered guide or assistance dogs, are strictly prohibited unless prior written agreement has been obtained.
- The driver is authorised to refuse carriage to, or remove from the vehicle, any passenger who is intoxicated, disorderly or whose behaviour compromises the safety or comfort of others. In such circumstances, the journey may be terminated immediately, no refund will be given and you may be reported to the relevant authorities. You will remain liable for any additional costs incurred, including cleaning or repair charges.
- You are responsible for the conduct of your entire party.

Luggage, Personal Property and Left Items
- All luggage, personal property, car seats, phones, bags, clothing and any other items are carried and/or left in our vehicles entirely at your own risk.
- Although we will take reasonable care of your property, the Company accepts no liability whatsoever for any loss, damage, theft or deterioration of any items, howsoever caused.
- The driver may assist with loading/unloading where safe and practical, but you remain responsible for ensuring your property is properly secured and collected.

Timings, Delays and Journeys
- All advertised or agreed times are estimates only and are subject to traffic conditions, roadworks, weather, breakdowns, diversions or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We accept no responsibility for any delays arising from these factors.
- Passengers must be ready for collection at the agreed pickup time and location. We will not be liable for any missed connections, flights, events or additional costs if you are not ready.
- For airport arrivals, our driver will monitor flight information where possible, but waiting time is limited. Additional waiting time may incur extra charges.
- We reserve the right to substitute a vehicle of similar or higher standard if the booked vehicle is unavailable.

Liability and Insurance
- Our total liability to you under any booking shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the relevant service.
- We shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profits, missed flights, alternative transport costs, accommodation or holiday expenses.
- Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
- We carry appropriate public liability insurance. However, we strongly recommend that you and all passengers arrange your own comprehensive travel insurance to cover personal belongings, cancellation, medical expenses and delays.
- Force Majeure: We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, strikes, severe weather, pandemics or government restrictions.

General Provisions
- We may subcontract any part of the service to another licensed operator who will operate under these Terms.
- These Terms may be amended by us from time to time. The version in force at the time of booking will apply.
- If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder shall continue in full force.
- These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Scotland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
- Data Protection: We process your personal data in accordance with applicable data protection legislation, including the UK GDPR. Our Privacy Policy is available on request.
